The San Juan Islands Climate is fairly temperate. Because the temperature of the Salt Water surrounding the islands does not vary greatly through the seasons....the Strait of Juan de Fuca Inlet varies in temperature from 40 degrees in the Winter to just above 60 degrees in the Summer...it helps cool the air surrounding the islands.
Most mornings year around will find Foggy, Misty mornings followed by partial clearing and occasional showers. Evenings are usually warm with a light ocean breeze.
Temperatures range from low 30's in the Winter to mid 80's in the Summer months.
