Hiking
in the
San Juan Islands, Orcas
Island, Lopez Island, Friday Harbor and Anacortes
There are so many wonderful places to hike in the San Juan Islands.
Stroll through tall grass along trails and cliffs at American Camp that
lead to secluded pebbled stone beaches. Here you might spot a porpoise,
seal or a bald eagle. Or hike down to Cascade Falls at Moran State
Park. Walk along the base of an enchanting old growth forest down to
the different waterfall levels. Once at the bottom, YOU MUST take a dip
in the falls. If being on top of the world is your thing, hike to the
top of Mount Constitution for a panoramic view of the San Juan Islands,
the Olympic Peninsula and neighboring
Canada.
